2026 Village Market Vendor Information
Now Accepting Vendor Applications!
We’re currently looking for local farmers, artisans, and prepared food vendors to be part of our 2026 Village Market! The 2026 Village Market takes place on Mill Street and in the Ben Lomond County Park on Mill Street in Ben Lomond and will be held on the first Saturday of the month (June through October) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm: June 6, July 4, August 1, September 5, and October 3.
Vendor Application Process
Interested in being a vendor at our markets? Fill out the 2026 Vendor Application! Here’s how:
- Gather the documents you need (see document checklists below).
- Complete the 2026 Vendor Application by April 30. (Sooner is better!)
- Wait to hear from us within 1–4 weeks.
- If you’re accepted, verify your California seller’s status by submitting Form CDTFA-410-D.
- Pay the booth fee to the Ben Lomond Village Alliance. The fee is $35 for every market you are approved for and participating in.

All food items sold at the market must be processed and served in accordance with the Santa Cruz County Environmental Health Department guidelines, as well as any applicable state or federal regulations (such as those governing meat, fermented products, or seafood). Food-related businesses must be fully operational and properly registered to apply.
