We’ll look at all the requests received and notify folks a few weeks before each market about their role. We look forward to seeing you at the Village Market!

2026 Village Market Volunteer Positions

Please let us know which shifts you are available for below. You can choose one shift or several. We’ll get in touch soon to confirm and let you know which shifts you have been assigned.
Setup (7 am to 9 am)
Helps set up road closure, direct vendors, other setup tasks as needed. At least two volunteers needed each month.
Market Manager Assistant Shift 1 (7 am to 11 am)
Assists Market Manager as needed – including directing other volunteers set up road closure, assisting vendors, other setup tasks as needed.
Market Manager Assistant Shift 2 (11 am to 3 pm)
Assists Market Manager as needed – including directing volunteers with shutdown of road closure, assisting vendors, helping with Market shutdown.
AM Greeter (10 am to 12 pm)
Greets guests and shoppers at the entrances. Tallies number of visitors with people counter clicker. Two volunteers needed each month.
PM Greeter (12 pm to 2 pm)
Greets guests and shoppers at the entrances. Tallies number of visitors with people counter clicker. Two volunteers needed each month.
Traffic Control Shift 1 (7 am to 9 am)
Wears Safety Vest and directs cars at one of the two road closure points. Two volunteers needed each month.
Traffic Control Shift 2 (9 am to 11 am)
Wears Safety Vest and directs cars at one of the two road closure points. Two volunteers needed each month.
Traffic Control Shift 3 (11 am to 1 pm)
Wears Safety Vest and directs cars at one of the two road closure points. Two volunteers needed each month.
Traffic Control Shift 4 (1 pm to 3 pm)
Wears Safety Vest and directs cars at one of the two road closure points. Two volunteers needed each month.
Clean up (2 pm – 4 pm)
Helps wind down the market, break down road closures, general clean-up of street & park. At least two volunteers needed each month.
